Baker has been an EXCELLENT communicator from the quoting process all the way through following up several weeks after the work was accomplished. As importantly, Baker was able to complete the work exactly the way I had envisioned, on time, despite the work site being an extremely challenging location and my schedule requiring the work to be done in a very limited window of days.

This industry isn't exactly the best when it comes to customer service, especially when it comes to Non-Commercial/residential customers. For the record, this is my fourth project of this size (250+ cu yd) in the past 10 years so I have experience.

When I was trying to find contractors to simply quote this project, I contacted a dozen dirt work companies. Badger was one of only three that called me back.

Badger's pricing is fair and communication/customer service are off the charts good. When it comes time for my next project I'm only going to make ONE call and so should you?.

Paying for this service can become a never ending cycle. Consequently, I decided to make significant changes to the conventional landscaping that came with the house. For guidance and completion on this project I contacted Badger Dirtworx; Baker became my new best friend. He expertly and efficiently transformed my sad, neglected landscaping into a new oasis. All the old plantings and minimal hardscape was replaced with 'low to no' maintenance annuals, of my chosing, and a broken slate hardscape that complements the colors of my home's exterior.
